general

• do NOT trace, edit, sell, or claim any of the work I give you!

payments

• upfront payment only (payment plans are accepted)
• my prices are non-negotiable!
• tips are not required, but always very appreciated . . . ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა ♡

revisions

• i will send you a sketch; any changes youd like will be free of charge.
• be upfront with the changes youd like during the sketch stage : once i start lineart, i will not take major changes.
• revision requests that exceed my capabilities as an artist will be denied.

deadlines and delivery

• i am a slow artist at times. ): please allow up to 3 months for delivery!
• i will give you a google drive link with all the necessary files.
• my work queue can be tracked here

use

• you may use your commission for profile pictures, banners, etc.. credit would be greatly appreciated!
• any use on twitch (i.e. panels, png-tubers, overlays) must credit me!

refunds

• no refunds once ive started on your request unless something prohibits me from finishing your commission.
• chargebacks will have you blacklisted from commissioning me again + make me a very sad girl.

by purchasing/owning any of my adopt designs, you agree to the following:

general

• my art will NOT be used for nft / ai• always credit me as the designer and never claim it to be your own• i accept payment plans ; downpayment must be SB or higher and can last for ~1 month (flexible). holds are also accepted with a down payment that can be discussed• i can make edits to my designs upon purchase IF AB'd ; but large changes could cost extra. do not ask for changes farther in the future cos i may not have access to the file.• NEVER BID ABOVE YOUR MEANS. BACKING OUT OF A BID COULD RESULT IN A BLACKLIST / BLOCK !! some offences can immediately blacklist you and some could just be strikes. this also inclused ghosting!! ghosting will always earn you a strike (enough strikes and you will be blocked)• you may change the design however youd like but do NOT EDIT MY ART!! change the design on your own accord and not over my art. my designs may also be used as outfits for existing ocs but please credit me accordingly• if you chargeback after purchasing, your ownership of the design is terminated and given back to me. i have every right to resell the design again• all of my designs are allowed to be resold/traded/gifted. do NOT sell my design for more than what you bought it without additional BOUGHT art. (buying a design and personally drawing art for it and then selling it for more is not allowed - but always feel free to message me any questions regarding)• commercial usage is always included in the ab. payments over $80 will always include commercial use. commercial usage can always be purchased at a later date - just message me :)• payment is via paypal. a 2% conversion fee may be added to the final price• only after i receive the full payment will i send you a google drive link with all the respective files.• i have the right to post the art piece wherever i'd like• if you have any other questions, my dms are always open! - i dont bite :)
